I don't think I've ever seen anyone else talk bout this so I like to think that I made it up..

Try using 6th Lvl Cleric spell Blade Barrier, then immediately cast Sanctuary, the BB last for one turn, and so does the sanctuary i think. You can walk up to almost anything and they'll get hit by the BB!! And they wont be able to attack you either because of the sanctuary nad since you technically not 'attacking, the sanctuary stays on. Enemies must save vs spells every coupla seconds (bout five) but magic resistance don't seem to do much against it... Works on orogs, wolfweres/werewolves, havn't tried against flayers or vamps, but works against all golems even adamantite... This could possibly be classed as "cheese tactic" though... Try it!

I'll have to try it

Good Idea Bristowe, can this tactic be used on Kangaxx?
Although he might be able to see invisble characters!

Nope. Blade Barrier moves with the Cleric.

I doubt Kangaxx can be harmed by it.

Demi-Liches are 95% magic resistant.

I don't think blade barrier is really magic though... i don't know, it seems to me that it acts like a +5 weapon as when i used it against that
spoil?-

adamantite golem in firkraags dungeon place, it only did never more than 5 damage on it, whereas on most other baddies it does like 35-40 damage everytime they fail thier save vd spell...

Hmmm...you may very well be correct. I haven't actually tried it on a magic resistant enemy as I just assumed that it would bomb out. Interesting... Thanks for the tip!

Let me know if it works on Kangaxx!
