You build that house your self if so nice work.

You all have very nice pads. Thoran I like those houses with those bonus rooms over the garage. I find it a very good use of space.

And jimmy did you not know that when you live in canda you get your own chunk of forest.
Whistler, BC. Although I didn't build it, it was custom built to my specs.

For those of you inquiring about the price, I feel it would be in bad form to discuss such in a public forum.

Any house that you don't have to pay rent on is a fine thing, all the pics look really great (obviously Kestrel's place is stunning... damn Brit's and their old money ).

My first place out of college was 1200 square feet, not much to look at but I loved it... NO RENT! The bar/game room in the new place (you couldn't see it in the picture, it's on the other side of the house) is 1300 sq ft, bigger than my first house... this too is good.

Here's a pic of the new house that was taken around 1900 (with a current image inset so you can see all the changes):

We don't like what they did to the coupola roof so we're going to rework that to origonal this summer. The two story front porch will be a longer term project.

Animal nice location. I have not really been out there to much but my brother in-law has and he only says good things about it.

And the price in the area I think I have a rough idea. Can you be my sugar daddy.

Here's front and back shots of the house I live in. I share it with two friends. It's just a regular three-bedroom pad about a mile from my university.

Ach! Wow, I came home and used my dial-up to view this thread: Big mistake. Maybe we shouldn't quote a large picture like that multiple times in a thread. Must be hell for people who use dial-up! Just for courtesy, and what-not.
BTW, very nice places, you all have.

Still though, there's no need for a pic that big. I always make mine to easily fit the screen.

I agree, resizing the picture is just courtesy... but it doen't matter if you quote the pics, it's unnecessary and annoying, but the pic is only loaded once to your cache, it could be quoted 10000 times in the same page and the page would still load as fast... or slow
