What on earth is the chapel key for that is found in Firkraag's dungeon?

Methinks it's used to open a critical door in that dungeon, but that it's only of practical use if you do NOT have a thief to pick locks... (eg, when soloing)

Doors that require keys tend to be unpickable, and warded against simple spells.

That particular dungeon may be an exception however.

I have never found a use for the Chapel Key. IMO, I think it was supposed to be part of a quest that was dropped due to time restrictions in getting the product out the door.

Just drop the key...it's pretty well worthless and takes up an inventory slot.

Don't, however, drop the Sewer key that you find on Tazok. You WILL need that later on.

It isn't imperative that you keep it, though, only if you want to get a specific quest done. It isn't even a quest, actually.

Yes, I know of those pesky aliens in the sewers. Don't be afraid to say anything here, I've played the game several times.
