Well I do have this problem sometimes. On average I get about 6 hours sleep, which is quite reasonable, and after having this much for months now, I have gotten used to it. I must confess at weekends I am known to screw up my body clock, going to bed when I should be getting up and the like, but I seem to always be able to get back on track. The annoying thing for me is when I wake up I feel crap (I hate mornings) then after about 1 hour I feel fine, I usually get a short bout of tiredness in the afternoon and then I am not tired at all till at least 1. I should stop with the caffeine to I suppose.

I get as much sunlight as immortally possible during the day, for several reasons... As for the "Make your bedroom a place for sleep only" suggestion, it's really difficult to do that when you're in a dorm. I've figured that's why insomnia is all too common among college students. It's also not as dark and quiet as I'd like it to be (Thank you, thin walls and flimsy blinds), but that's because I'd prefer pitch darkness and silence. I think that I'm going to invest in some contraband curtains, thought...

Also, through coincidence, the wine solution presented itself last night and worked just fine. It's just not something one should get used to.

Sounds like a good plan. Now all you need to do is find another person. [/QUOTE]why is that?
