ok, i figured out what a "manshoon" is. i was looking through my villains lorebook, when i came accross him. it is a man. here are some of his stats.

Human Male 19th level Mage

Str-10
Dex-16
Con-16
Int-18
Wis-16
Chr-18

Equipment:As the leader of the largest villainous organization in the Realms, Manshoon has immediate access to all forms of common equipment as well as many uncommon or rare items of technological acheivement.

Magical Items:Staff of the magi(18 charges), brooch of shielding, battle gorget, ring of spell storing, ring of wizardry (doubles 4th and 5th level spells), black robes of archmagi, rod of beguiling (28 charges) wand of magic detection(81 charges).

its speculated that Manshoons collection of spells and magical items rivals, if not exceeds, those of Khelben "Blackstaff" Arunsun. If theis is true, Manshoons collections are certainly hidden in caches around and undr Faerun. The mages "stasis clones" are likely stored in some, if not all, of those same locales. in this way, a "newborn" Manshoon has ready access to a potent variety of magical resources.

there is ALOT more about him, but this should suffice for you all wondering who he is. hope this helps!!!
