crystal and bauble stick...dumb question

this might seem like a dumb question, but how do i actually get the crystal with the bauble stick..i mean, how do I use it???

Ohh .... just klick on the crystal, when you have the bauble stick ...

Select the character who has the bauble stick; click on "use/give"; scroll through your items until the stick is displayed on the parchment; now target the crystal (you have to swim down near the grate) and the stick will "suck" it to you.
