The Cheese Obsession!

I (like many others I know) have an obsession with cheese, I don't know if it is the smell, or the taste, or the look, or the colour,all I no is that cheese is cool!(pretty useless topic but my feelings got the better of me)

Whats your favourite type of cheese Steve? I quite like Bree... That is the smooth one isn't it? Mmm... Bree cheese on a hovis biscuit!

Wensleydale is my favourite cheese,it flakes in your mouth goes lovely with hovis biscuit also.

Isn't that really crumbly cheese? And really strong? I hate crumbly cheese, or strong cheese.. I like the nice mild smooth kind.. I like dairylea too

But i like proper cheese... Like bree on hovis.. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I like most cheeses apart from blue cheese, that just reminds me of my old friend sock-man, I miss that guy

I'm not really a cheese fanatic or anything... [img]tongue.gif[/img] but I could eat a grilled cheese everyday.

My favourite cheese is plain old english cheddar.

But the skin on Edam is so COOL!

My Southern friends will also attest to the deliciosity of "hoop" cheese. Anything that's greasy enough to soak through wax paper has to be good. [img]smile.gif[/img]

I must admit, I've never met a cheese I didn't like.

One of my more favorite cheese is applewood cheddar it goes so good with burgers. And brie is very good as well.
