Larry, I don't think you have to worry at all, little kids have a strong immunity system to take care of things like dust and anything else that might harm them, thats probably why she threw up, and the white bloodcells will take care of anything that was left behind.

Hell that moth was probably just a good target practice for them, hence she'll be much better equipped when something bigger and more serious comes along.
I sometimes feel (and this is not just directed at you Larry) that parents are way too overprotective of their kids, if they are raised up in completly sterile environment they just become weak.
