Got em both so it dont matter to me really.
But I play on y PS2 much more, mainly because its got so many good RPG's, also with Xenosaga, .Hack and Breath Of Fire V for the PS2 out/coming out this month its gonna eb great, also the backward compatibility has me paying the PS1 RPG's too, XBox has much better graphics granted, but it cant burn CD's mate sure it can take the tracks of a CD and put it on your harddrive but thats a far cry from burning them, also the XBox doesnt have that many 'Custom Soundtrack' compatible games, or at least any good ones bar Tony Hawks 4 and Sega Rally 2002.
More deep Xbox games are needed instead of the many brainless ones that are out, or just some damm fun ones!
Either way, theyre both good, depends on what kind of game ou like, if graphics matter to you.
Gte em both I say, s well as GameCube cause that is good too! Super Monkey Ball!!!!!!!

PS2 for me

I've owned one for a year or so. I'm very happy with my purchase!

I chose the PS2 for a number of reasons.

*It has a greater variety of games which I am into.
*DVD player! (I know the Xbox has one, but the PS2 did come out first)
*It has a digital out!
*Did I mention it has great games? (FFX, MGS2, PES2 just to name a few!)

If I was rolling in dough, I'd probably buy an Xbox and a Gamecube!

All the consoles have there great games, and I wish I could enjoy them all!

PS2 for me. The backward compatability was a big seller there. I have a number of Playstation games and I still enjoy them very much. Also, I hate MS. I will NEVER buy an X-Box. Besides I have heard they are already working the bugs outta the PS3...mwahahahahaha!

Neither. Want another gamecube. Much better IMO. Where are the zelda games for those PS2s and XBoxes? HMMM?? And all the other classics!? Things are just going to get more graphic-ized (is that a word?) and more expsenisive.

Question Mark

Xbox has better graphics, therefore, the XBox should be better. I'll be honest, I don't own any of them, my opinion is coming from screenshots

Ahh, it's been so long since I posted here...

Zelda is a Nintendo brand item, why would they sell it to Sony and Microsoft? Besides, PS has its classics and Xbox is new, so..

In my book, better graphics equals better games equals better gaming experience. And IIRC, GC games are priced the same as PS2 and Xbox games. The only game I know of that's more than the average $50-$60 range is Steel Battalion for Xbox, and that's because it comes with special equipment for the game.

If you really want to compare, let's discuss old game/new game feedback with Nintendo. As soon as they develop a new system, they stop producing games for the predated system. That's bad marketing skills if you ask me.

The only thing I can honestly say the GC has going for itself is those nifty wireless controllers. That's about it. Sorry for the skepticism.
