With a new European Constitution coming up, many EU countries are allowing their citizens to vote on this issue. I am rather curious as to what motivates people to vote in favor of/against the Consitution. So please explain your choice [img]smile.gif[/img]

 Jokes aside, does anybody know in which countries people get to vote. Sweden is not among them, AFAIK.
