(SOU) Death wind, spoiler needed.

Ok,
right now, I'm in the cript. I think that I've completed the three
first levels (sarcophagus, burning and maze).
When I enter the death wind lair, it resist all my spells (I'm a druid),
and all my weapons are 'inefective'.

I guess that I've missed something (may be in the maze), but what ?

Hmm, I didn't have any trouble with Deathy. It was that golem of his that drove me nuts. Is your weapon too weak? I was using the Mace of Disruption +5. Did you throw the lever in Level II (flames)?

Iron Duke :

Yes, I've used the lever in the burning level but
there was no effect, except for the opening of the
gate to third level. Well, I didn't see any other
effect. Mace of disruption +5 woa !!! I've only
"desert fury" (scimitar +1, +2 versus undead +1d8
damage), or a +2 scimitar.

you get it ? was there a clue about it somewhere ?

I got it from the BW forums. I don't know if you came across greater skeleton or something with his scyte, that was my problem.

Yes, each time the death wind get back his green aura,
he summon (again) his zombie and I counldn't defeat the
"great wind zombie" (with his scyte), so, I avoided it
until the aura vanished, then I hit the wind and run
like hell when the aura return (you get the pattern).
It took me three sequences too defeat the wind.
