Hey, that may be okay for you, mate, but I need my body.

God, I'm shallow.
Why not do both ? First drink the calories on and then train them back of. You know, exercise is also good to fight a hangover. You'll feel miserable at first but after a while you'll actually start feeling better.

I've never actually tried that (mainly cos I'm not TOTALLY suicidal) and I'm probably not likely to. I do proper, 200 sprints, running on toes, maybe 30 times a day. Spikes help, but it's knackering work, and the coach who runs the track would have my balls on a plate if I turned up bladdered.

Exercising sucks. I do it anyway. Hey, better a grumbling fool trying to do a push-up at 10:00 at night and keep in shape than to sit on the couch all day, eat potato chips, and steadily grow into a "Shed".

I work out a lot. When I am pissed off, I do push-ups until I
drop, not only am I less stressed, but too tired to be pissed
any longer.

Mmmm, Ex-er-cise. Must look it up in the dictionary, but I'm too lazy to pick it up.

Seriously, I can't run because of dicky knees (congenital hyperextension of most of my joints, I could injure myself running for the bus) but I do a brisk walk 2-3 miles a day at least. I also enjoy cycling, but the traffic here is scary
