I have installed TOB but it is running very rough and kinda like skip
like the game is dithering |

ehhm, in the config menu, check out if 3d acceleration is checked. If so, and your driver is not compatible, it will skip and jump.

I know that since this is merely a technical issue it's no big deal, but you put TOB trouble, so if the issue is with the TOB software then those in the TOB specific message board would be best equipped to answer your question. If it has nothing to do with TOB itself then sorry, but the topic title was misleading.
