OK, This is my first time through with Anomen, fourth time through. I just had the test, and chose the lawful route. Then, I had to go to work. Save me ten hours of wondering and tell me: What do I do now to initiate "the change?" Do I go see the Order? Spoilers are no a problem, spoil away.

By test, do you mean he was knighted? If he's been knighted (changes alignment to LG, so you'll know), then you don't need to do anything yet, the rest of his quest will come to you or at least you'll find out about it that way!

If you mean just telling him not to kill the man suspected of murdering his sister, then one of two things usually happens to get him to his knighthood test: someone from the Order fetches him or he tells you he's sure it's time and needs to go to the Radiant Heart.

Have fun! He can be a useful cleric at higher levels!
