When my bishop wanted to remove a cursed item from VI,I got "uncurse failed!" message. Anyone knows the reason.My bishop's level is 9.

The various cursed items in the game require different levels of remove curse to remove them from one of your characters. The power of you bishop's remove curse ability increases with his or her level. So you probably just need to level up a few times or you could try the spell or a scroll.
