So your bro lives in UK? What do you think about the current debate that modern A level and GCSE results are worth crap all? I mean it's clear that students these days learn less than 20 years ago (just ask any university lecturer how many years in a row they've had to recreate the syllabus to include stuff that previously would have been tought before university), but having just done my A levels less than 5 years ago, it's a scary thought that my achievements are worth less than those before me?

Just a thought for discussion, not trying to degrade anyone's achievements.

[/QUOTE]We actually have somewhat the same problem in the US. Universities have to offer remedial programs for things students should have learned in high school. As far as Craig is concerned, making all A's is still quite an accomplishment no matter how you slice it.
