Chapter 5 help!!

Ok, I'm currently in chapter 5. I'm kinda stuck how to get into the "drow city"
I read a walkthrough and it says to: enter the Dragon lair and speak to the silver dragon, She will turn your party into a drow war party, with this disguise you can easily enter the drow city, She also asks you to get her eggs back, If you help her, she will help you by getting you to the surface again.
Well, when I got to the silver dragon lair, it tells me a darkness overwelms me and I cannot pass withought light. I really don't know what to do next. If someone would help I would be so happy...thanks!!

Hi Kim

Welcome!

Go to the duergar encampment in the top left corner, and the mayor will ask a favour in return for a light gem with which you can go see the dragon.

But there might be one problem ^_^;
I rested in the mayor house thing and when I woke up, I was a umm slayer is it? So the mayor and his men went neutral on me! I tried to leave so I wouldn't have to fight them, but my character killed the mayor. Omg, am I screwed? I hope not! ....well thanks anyways

Hello,
i read you post,
and i posted a msg myself, this is almost the exact location my computer crashed i just had enterd the drow village, and now i lost my whole game and don't wanna start all over again.

Maybe you you help me and send me you savegame...i don't beleive you could get stuck in there? So please send me your safegame, and when i enter the drow village (i hope i can) i will end you how i did it.... We can help eachother....

Ok well I'm almost finished w/ the game now...I can't really give you my saved game file so maybe you should contact technical support and see what they can do for you. Sorry, and good luck!
