What a moronic thing for Zizou to do. He must be feeling pretty ordinary right at the moment.

It's just so random, either nut him in the head or don't do it at all.
He is going to get slaughtered now. What a way to go out of football.

uuh...nice headbutt. way to go zidane.
Now some of the italian players have to wait whether their clubs get relegated or not. |

I'd like to try to sympathize with Zidane. Why did he make such a shocking move? From the replays, we can clearly see how the Italian player who was behind Z put his arm around him in a rather unprofessional manner. I wonder what he said to Z after that: that might have made an impact on Z's temper. Not to mention that the Italians like to make fouls all round (after three relatively crude fouls at the very beginning of the game, the penalty was well-deserved). Of course, the red card was well-deserved too. Ah well..
In the penalties, the Italians did win fair and square, so hooray for them, I guess. |

Yes I've heard that. Materazzi said something. I think that's the only way to spark something like that.
Although a nipple cripple is a terrible thing too!
