Well, I think..
I like Falmestryke's mod better. DS 3.0 is a little over the top for me. It's good for solo though, since you get lots of help everywhere.
The Monestary is a little crazy. I think I had Darklings coming out my Dwarven tooshy!

Re: Well, I think..
I've not yet had the pleasure of playing Falmestryke's mod, only the oridginal and DS 3.0. Once I've completed my current game I'll give that mod a go.

Re: Well, I think..
It does not have as much stuff, so I don't if you'll be disappointed. I just went back to DS after installing Flames mod. You do need the stuff for solo games.

I like playing Flames mod with an all magic party for the staves. Once you get the priests patron and the alchemy staff you can cast spells all day.

That sounds like fun, I hate running out of spell points, just when you need to cast a powerful one

I don't think I ever had to rest.
Oh yea, and I hate Darklings Variol they are way to annoying and useually kill me in the monestary, especially in the fight where you meet Burz.

Re: Well, I think..
Well, what happened was... I was set up outside the library so the shamen just kept summoning them and I couldn't get them. I must have killed 50-60.
I was just playing GB2, but it's boring. Too much dialog. NWN was boring too. I have only tried Flame's and DS mods. Any other good ones out there, and how do I instead multiple games with different mods?

Re: Well, I think..
When the installation screen comes up it defaults to the wiz8 directory. Change to a different directory by typing in something like W8flame and you will have a new wiz8 game in that directory. Than install the flame mod there. Do the same thing for DS3.0. It should work.
