I have a paladin with 18 str and 20 cha as group leader. He rox, but why does he turn every reward down that I get? For rewards, I need to take someone else to talk to the person. Weird..

That's because your paladin is ... well ... paladin [img]smile.gif[/img] I think it's the same with monks.
Needless to say that I dont have the same problem with my Half-Orc barbarian.

Paladins do good deeds because they're good deeds, not because they want money. Same for monks (although how that applies to neutral/evil I'm not sure). In any case, while Paaldins might accept gifts, they never ask for money, even if it's due them. Ergo, always have some other party member do the talking when it's time for goodies to be handed out.

Monks have taken a vow of poverty, or something like that. Or they're so into transcendentalism that they scorn most material things -- gold and weapons/armor alike.
