I changed my mind about fighter

I was thinking about selecting fighter but then I changed my mind. Because fighter's got only 2 advantages. Specialization and extra feats. Yes, extra feats are nice but how many of them will be useful? With a fighter you get total 29 feats. Most of them will be useless. With a paladin 'til level 30 if you get 4 levels of fighter you get total 15 feats plus you can be specialized in any weapon. It's enough for dash,cleave,focus+specializing large sword, focus+specializing great sword,power attack etc..

what do you think?

It really depends on how high your characters go. The level cap may be at 30,
but you're not going to reach that in regular play. My team is now in the last
chapter, and they're only level 15. So the extra feats for fighters can be very
handy.

ok let's say that you're level 21

Dwarven Fighter 4 / Barbarian 17

It makes 10 feats.

-Cleave
-Dash
-Pow Attack
-Imp Crit
-Axe Focus
-Axe Specialize
-Max Attack
-Heroic Inspiration

only 2 feats left you can take

Hammer focus & specialization

or

Lightning Reflex & Iron will

You lost only extra rages and fortifude feat. It's not a big loss IMO, I'm thinking about making my dwarven fighter into fighter/barbarian;and making my human fighter into asamir paladin/fighter.

Well, you need two weapons specializations to have Max Attack, so there's your
two feats.

But as I said, it's not likely you'll get up even to L20 in regular play. Like
most things in games of this kind, it's a matter of personal preference.
