Update on Life, also known as "Hi" :)

Well, it seems that life has me by the ears. I always seem to post and communiate now in long-spaced bursts. I apologize for that.

Anyway, Japanese is still kicking my butt, but the end of the semester is in sight! Course, I'll be taking 102 next semester, but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. All my other classes are closing down for exam week two weeks from now, so its *almost* smooth sailing once I finish all my blasted projects.

I've been having some problems fighting off depression. I dont know where it came from, buts its like a little gremlin that keeps jumping on my back and wont let go, and I cant knock him off either. Sigh.

Other than that, nothing much else to report.

Waluin! My poet extraordinaire! Hey, it is good to hear from you no matter how long between posts! Sounds like you must have made SOME progress in the Japanese if you plan to continue!

This time of year is extra stressful, Waluin. Especially for students. Try to relax and finish up the semsester. If you feel anxious or depressed I'd suggest seeing a counselor on campus. Most schools have a counseling center or at least a few counselors in the infirmary. I used to work in one Counseling office at my school, I saw a lot of tense and depressed kids get the help they needed to get back on track. Might help you too! [img]smile.gif[/img]

So good to hear from you. I was actually thinking about you just the other day and thought about e-mailing you to check up on you. Is your e-mail at the university still the correct one. Never took Japanese, but took Mandarin-----really tough stuff; my sympathies.

No, I haven't seen anyone about my problem. Well, I ammend that. I met with a psychology professor that is a friend of mine. He's cleared me for a visit to the local doc's here, but I'm not sure if I wanna do that. I'm not much of a 'therapy' guy, either. I dunno.

Yeah, my email at school is 'brentf@bgnet.bgsu.edu' if anyone wants to chat with me. Keep it in the family though, I dont give it out too often. Oh, and my AIM name is 'CapnBigglesII'. I'm on that a LOT.

PS - Yah flame, I often get accused of not smiling enough. But that is relatively new and warranted since I used to be a relatively positive person.
