Many of you know how hot and humid it gets here in Washington D.C. This works for me:
1. Stay in the ac!
2. Swim in a cool pool
3. Drink a nice cold Smoothie(any flavor)
4. Repeat steps 1-3!

Did anyone say Icecream?
~Melusine, eating a huge bucket of Ben&Jerry's New York Super Fudge Chunk all by herself...yummy! I also have a watermelon lying in the fridge ~

My favourite way of cooling down in the summer is definitely taking a swim in the sea or an open air swimmingpool...I love to swim! Even swam competitions some years ago

Geeeeezzz!!! No SLURPIES?!?!?! Love the icy stuff!!!

To cool down? I drive in the mountains... in an air conditioned state like Montana or Wyoming...

well both watermelon and ice cream are good, but i have a few other solutions: one is go outside and run around for awhile. this is only suggested for people who like to run. also, umm, dont go outside. thats the best way to stay cool! stay inside, play some bg2, read the Works of Iron, and have a nice cold drink. i, however, have no need of any of these techniques due to my love of heat.

It's supposed to be summer - it is p*****g down, the temperature is struggling to reach 15 C and I really, really, really miss New Zealand!
