Sound
I am trying to get my sound effects working on my computer. I am running Windows Visa 32-bit system. I get the music but not the other sounds.. Any ideas...?

Which games? Try turning off 3D audio on any games that have that option.

All I can suggest is a reload. Are you running a 3D audio setup,,5.1 or 7.1,,something like that? If so, try putting the 3D audio on your CP back to normal stereo. Retry and/or reload the game to see if it works. If it is a compatibility problem between the game and the 3Daudio/environmental audio there may be a patch for something like that. You can also try running the game executable under "compatibility mode" for XP. Hope this helps.
