An epidemic of a syndrome known as MRS. It only strikes if you are in danger of being litigated against. But is 100% contagious when placed on death row. Whole cottage indutries of pseudo medical professionals will crop up to deal with this massive new wave of stupidity in the nations populace...oh the horror!...ohhh the humanity of it all!

MRS for those of you in Rio Linda is Mental Retardation Syndrome

Agrees with Majik...........

While waiting to be picked for jury duty, I overheard a lawyer talking to the defendant, explaining to him, that if he claimed the "insanity plea" he could have him walking out of prison in one year....

The man was being charged with first degree murder of his children......

Sorry, but I believe that the death penalty should stand......IMHO

well I say "what they don't no don't hurt em" so if they're mentally retarted enough to not understand the concept of Death for the people they killed then they shouldn't be able to understaind or conceive their own death's so it's no skin off their noses if we electrecute em, inject em, or do the right thing, which is have them blow a bullit through their own head.

Why do i think this way?

Just read the book "of Mice and men"
If lenny didn't get treated fairly, then NO Brutal murderer should!

Him and an accomplice kidnapped a man, forced him at gunpoint to clear his account at various ATMs, took him to a deserted field and shot him eight times! No accident there kiddies! Just cold hearted armed robbery and murder!
We are not in disagreement here. If in this case, it's proved that the felon had the mental capacity to appreciate the criminality of his actions then he deserves to be punished under the law for his offences. If he did not have the capacity, and it is proved that he is a danger to society then he should be held in a secure institution. In neither case should he be freed.
