is it possible to duel a fighter to a druid? And if it is, WHY the hell isn't anyone playing it? it must be better then a multi fighter/druid...

Yes, you can dual from fighter to a druid. But this is not very attractive since you have to be True Neutral. Usually one druid is enough for a party (assuming you have Jaheria). For dualing into druid, you will probably need high strength (at least 15), high wisdom (for the priest spells) and charisma (by default).
