Does Assassination HLA work on enemies that cannot be backstabed (dragons, bosses, ...) ?

Nope. Assassination is also useless if you're using a non-suitable-for-backstab weapon. As a result - Assassination blows.

Shees. It is not worth of a HLA then...well it is but...i can hit every backstabb with Mislead and the result is the same..

And, to add insult to injury, Mislead lasts much, MUCH longer.

 trumps WW,GWW [img]smile.gif[/img]

Sure, if you have anyone that can cast it.
 BTW - the only "useful" improved haste from items (Gaxx, bracers, cloak - did I miss anything ?) is from the Improved Cloak of Protection +2 (TOB) which lasts very long. I think it depends on the level of the caster. In other cases you have to rely on GWW.
