Nah, life's not wasted
Either today is the best day of your life, or it will be the day after tomorrow (if your day's especially bad. It won't be tomorrow because that's the day you've reserved for all those things you didn't want to be doing now). It just takes time to realise that. It is true that you usually have to do something in that early stage of life when you are free from nearly all responsibilities, but then if you were free to do what you wanted you wouldn't really realise it anyway. Work and study take up time but that doesn't mean they can't be fun, or that you do not have time to enjoy other things. Besides, if you would not have to work or go to school, you'd have so much spare time you'd die of boredom by the age of ten Now that would be a waste. The trick is being able to enjoy the little things in very nearly everything. |

The meaning of life is to have FUN. I found that out when I was about 6 years old and have been enjoying it every day.

Life is like a box of chocolate, you'll never know what's inside until you open it.

Nonsence.
I have a pretty firm belief that teen age years (no matter how many songs or anyhting you hear) are most certaintly not the best years of your life. Maybes it diffrent for everyone. Teenage years are filled with confusion, strife, hardship and your first get introduced to responsiblity. However in often cases you dont get to reap the rewards of responsibilty. I know alot of people who enjoy their job. Find something you like and run with it. If you like what you do, you will succsesfull, a good friend told me once. Being succsesfull is wasted, thats for sure. And becoming old is all from prespective. I know some farily active elder people who get along just fine. I also know some elder people who would be just as well off dead. Its all how you want to be. And is it really that much troulbe to type the y before the o and the u after the o? Edit- Try and ingore the numerable spelling mistakes here, its late. [ 05-20-2003, 03:40 AM: Message edited by: Iron_Ranger ]

I have the solution:
Wait until you're at University and then somehow stop time! OK, I know... but I never said it was perfect...

I agree with T/-/alali, life is about having fun, or more specifically enjoying yourself... the whole thing is finding out what you enjoy |

Words to live ( and die ) by...
Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life Monty Python Cheer up, Brian. You know what they say. Some things in life are bad, They can really make you mad. Other things just make you swear and curse. When you're chewing on life's gristle, Don't grumble, give a whistle! And this'll help things turn out for the best... And... ...always look on the bright side of life! (whistle) Always look on the bright side of life... If life seems jolly rotten, There's something you've forgotten! And that's to laugh and smile and dance and sing, When you're feeling in the dumps, Don't be silly chumps, Just purse your lips and whistle -- that's the thing! And... ...always look on the bright side of life... (whistle) Come on! Always look on the bright side of life... (whistle ) For life is quite absurd, And death's the final word. You must always face the curtain with a bow! Forget about your sin -- give the audience a grin, Enjoy it -- it's the last chance anyhow! So always look on the bright side of death! Just before you draw your terminal breath. Life's a piece of sh*t, When you look at it. Life's a laugh and death's a joke, it's true, You'll see it's all a show, Keep 'em laughing as you go. Just remember that the last laugh is on you! And always look on the bright side of life... (whistle) Always look on the bright side of life (whistle) C
