I support the Chaotic Neutral alignment. Stealing is no a Good deed, and since he doesn't give away what he steals to poor people, that makes him neutral. And since his life is essentially centered on himself, that makes him Chaotic.

Chaotic Neutral with good tendencies, but definitely CN.
Guys, Neutral Evil means pure evil, disregarding self and society. A Neutral Evil person will use either societal law or personal will to promote the cause of evil. That's NOT the description shown above, IMO. I think some are confusing the terms "Good" and "Evil" with "Right" and "Wrong". Not the same thing! There are "right" things that are evil, and there are "Good" things that are wrong. One is determined by society's rules, mores, and dictates, and the other by true ethics and morals. I dont think its chaotic evil cause hes doing it for money and otherwise might not. Biscuit king said so so thats it end of discussion close the thread.
