Some of you may have seen my "Even the Old Aren't Too Old" Thread. Basically, while up at the track I train at, I saw a 70 year old run 26 miles without stopping. This amazed a few people. But what I have now is gripping.
HE WON THE PENTATAOLON!!!! The old geezer did it! I watched it today as I did my jog (my leg's still f*cked

) Amazing. Javilin, Shot, Discus, and two running events (both long distance) and he won them all except shot. AGAINST PEOPLE 30 years his junior!!! This amazed me. WOW.

He died from a heart attack---- while jogging.
