What is Smethy's Pets, or Prestige Pets or something? I've got the tweak pack, flirt pack, and unfinished buisiness installed. The message said I can get a new pet, and asked if I was bored with my familiar. So, where is this place, or is it even real?

Indeen it's part of the UB mod. If you have Minsc, you'll sooner or later end up there.
