I have installed the bonus content from the bonus disc but i dont know where to find the bonus items. the readme seems to be wrong because they say that it is in kuldahar but there is no kuldahar on the map (i think they mixed it up with iwd I...).

Nope, Kuldahar shows up sometime in chapter 3 or 4
