Does anyone here know the Robin of Sherwood series that played on the BBC in the '80's? It starred Michael Praed as Robin and was the single best version of Robin Hood I have ever had the pleasure to see (I can do without the Jason Connery version in the third series...).
It played here years ago on PBS, but I failed to tape it. I would love to get a hold of it on DVD, but as far as I know, it's only available in the UK. Has anyone ever seen it here? Man, would I ever pay to own that series. Sigh.
Just a random thought before I go to bed tonight.

That was a f*cking GREAT series! I agree with ya, best version of Robin Hood ever.

If those DVD's are available in the UK, there's a good chance you'll be able to order them from Amazon...

Indeed, I loved those series too. I have wonderful childhood memories about playing with my friends and redoing the adventures that Robin and his gang experienced every week.

But I cannot help you either about purchasing them, sorry

Never heard of it...

But, what I want to see again is Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves

I haven't seen it in years.
