Well, here's a little something that you can do if you really need to. If you did a full install then the portraits will have been saved in a folder called ports or portraits in your WW folder as bmps titled either PCDead or PCHead followed by a number. The deads are the skulls (by race) and the heads are the portraits (but the numerical listing is slightly dodgy to catch you out). If you adjust them manually then it changes the in game portraits (I suggest making backup copies, I did). [img]smile.gif[/img]

If you want to mess around with their close or some of the items, thay are in the I99Icon folder. just make sure that you keep a geen background if you create new pictures in place of them.
