I've played through SoA three times now and have yet to visit the Sahuagin City. Could someone tell me how to get there?

I didn't find it a great place really, I didn't really get anything of use except for some stupid weapon changing thing.
S P O I L E R For some reason they all attacked me even when I had done the quest, HA however it sure was funny when I grassed on the woman who betrayed the king. |

their supposed to attack you, the warriors are, not the king, plus you get the most powerful thing in the game, cloak of mirroring, reflects any spells that are *directed* at the character, didn't you get it Introspect?
