Any name taken from good literature is cool, I think. I especially like names from the Wheel of Time series. Perrin, great for a warrior Matt, an awesome name for a thief (gambler type) Rand = the ultimate magic wielding character And don't forget about the ladies. Lanfear or my fav Morrain. I usually make up names to fit the role, but classic names are cool too, "Orion" happens to be my first char and still my fav. Migerion (dwarf bezerker evil). Vizash is my monk. Eirian of House Dhil my eleven mage. *male* Kyirr, female human assassin Syrianth female cleric BTW if you have not read the Wheel of Time series, recommend it as a must read for the fantasy maven. Most of you probably have, but ya never know! |

A charcter I always wanted to created was the failed Bard, Lars (I made him for a rpg-chat). Though, Lars has got low carisma, I must cheat to create him... and I don't want that ------------------ We call him Bobby Corwen |

Perrin does not shapeshift, he *talks* with the wolves, remember? if he
did shapeshift, we may never come back. If anything he would be a beastmaster. Agree with your Rand assesment a fighter/mage for sure. |

My character is a Paladin/Cavalier and is named Justinian. I always name by Paladins after historical rulers or wariors. Justinian was an emperor of Rome. In Icewind Dale my Paladin was Alaric. Alaric was a Visgoth king who conquered Rome.

Ace Flashheart anti-paladin at large (I love Shadow Keeper)
I have had too many characters to remeber all their names though they are usually a varient on my name ace flashheart, a combination of the names of two cult british comedy characters. Ace Rimmer and Lord Flashheart, no prises for where those two come from... |

These are all of the BG2 characters I have finished the game with.
Monk - Zakkyurrdai Paladin - Mellardian Phin (an elven paladin; I had to cheat to create him) Paladin (a human one) - Landon Kephas Ranger - Ranger Rick Mage - Ryuu Cleric - Francis Right now I'm playing a 29th level Kensai named Musashi. I'm almost through the expansion with him. For names, I prefer either names of historical great warriors (like Musashi) or I just make something up that I think sounds cool (like Zakkyurrdai). Occasionally I'll use a name from legend or more modern fiction. ------------------ True love is how much you're willing to go through for one another, at each other's hands, and still smile and say "Thanks". |

Starloc - human sorceror (My user name as well) Venom - human swashbuckler (it just sounded cool) ------------------ "Cry Havok, and let loose the dogs of war!" Julius Caesar, William Shakespeare |
