I have always liked the sound of the cloak of the wolf, and was wondering where to find it... but also, i have heard of experiences when you use it, and the cant shape-shift back... is that true? or am i just being REALLY dumb and thats why the name is Reliars MISTAKE?

If anyone could not shift back, it would have been due to a bug. There are patches out there that would have met those concerns, already. I never had a problem with it, and used it frequently.
