Where do I get recieve the quest to put Umar hills on the world map. I thought it was from Delon in the gates section of the city, but I can't seem to find him there. Do I need to do some quest before he appears or am I looking in the wrong place. Please help--jeremy

I found the poor little boy in the Government District or Waukeens Promenade. I think your mistaking Trademeet with Umar.

You can also gain the entrance to umar hills on your map with the Valygar hunt quest. Just go to the big building in the goverment districk.
