Can I get rid of this Rogue Stone or King's tears gem? I thought I heard that one of them does something important for a quest in the game. Also, how do I get to Trademeet? Thanks.

You need to kept the Rogue Stone to do a quest. Don't get rid of it.

there is someone standing next to the cart in the Gates district he will show you
