Most of em, I do it myself. The legality is a bit of a grey area though, but I dont really care. The games will be removed if the copyright holders object, so any still there must be OK.

Besides, how much revenue is there is a game 5 years out of print?

Sam and Max and Day of the Tentacle are are almost as good as Monkey Island. This is a Good Thing indead. Maniac Mansion is recommended for play before Day of the Tentacle though, but its not essential.
