Haha... I just heard on the news the BEST story of arson ever!.... EVER!

There was a fire within a FIREWORKS Factory! OMG, the splendor of it all! I figure it HAS to be arson, and that is the funniest case I've ever heard. The images shown were absolutely fantastic, all types of fireworks going off left right and centre, with the aftermath pretty much a mushroom cloud.

Edit: turns out not such a funny thing after all....

Nothing funny about that dude, i assume you mean the fireworksfactory in Denmark ? Well, as far as i know, 25 families have lost their houses, the explosion was HUGE. Not to mention the amount of dead and wounded people. I haven't heard of any casualties yet, but looking at the damage, it could be really bad.

A few years ago somthing similar happened in Enschede here in the Netherlands, an entire neighbourhood was blown from the face of the earth, and a lot of people were killed.

Jees, that is a lot of houses! It must have been strong. Well, it is rather ironic isn't it. But well well, I suppose it is a risk you take working there.

The factory had a permit for storage of 300 tons of firework, the police said that there was an estimated 2000 tons of fireworks inside. Someone has a lot of blood on his hands now.

Still think it's funny ?

Edit: EGADS thats just a bit over their allowed limit. I hope that the person responsible gets his or her due.

That's okay dude, i can understand where your feelings are coming from. It could have been a funny sight if the factory wasn't near to a populated area and if there were no workers on the floor, but that's not the case here.

Yeah, that was what I originally thought. It's funny, I couldn't see any houses or anything in the immediate area around the factory, so those fireworks must've travelled further that I thought they could.

Looks like I should just leave attempts at humour to Arvon from now on heh

Edit: I know how stupid that post sounds. Of course fireworks can travel. Please ignore.

Thats terrible about the deaths. Gotta stop putting that foot of mine in my mouth.
