Is each guild quest available only once (in other words, only one character member of the guild can get credit for it)?

If you have multiple caracters who are members of the same guild, have each one apply for the job, then when one of the caracters completes, they will get credit and so will the others when they talk to the "employer". Some quests however are only available once, ie, if other members of the party apply after the quest is completed they wont be offered it for example Finding the sword of Mastus. By the way, wellcome to the forum!!

The jobs you get from the Town Hall are automatically given(when ONE char applies for the job)and credited to ALL party members.

Guild quests must be applied for individually and are credited individually.

Each member of the Guild must enter the Guild they belong to and click on the Quests button.

When it's completed, each member must "enter" the building where quest completion is to be acknowledged(click on each char that's on the quest when you're in the building). The NPC that's in the building will automatically acknowledge quest completion(as long as you have the requested object, if that's the case).

Most of the time, it's in the same building, but not always. Pay attention to what the quest giver is saying and check your Journal for conversations with NPCs if you run into trouble.

Once you've been credited for quest completion, click on the quests button again to check for further quests.
