How soon can I shop at the Umpani base. Is it just after joining/training at the obstacle course as some people suggest, or do I have to wait until after the T'Rang artifact quest.
My party's freshly imported (lvl 5 plus some lvls I haven't used yet) and I would like to save as many of my bishops' spellpicks as possible. Traute

I've always gone there after joining up and doing the obstacle course. I would suspect that you simply need to join up.
