Can you finish IWD if you start HoW?

I have just finished chapter 3 and Larrel TPed me back to Kuldahar. I did have HoW installed and created a Full Game before playing.

If I talk to the guy who will start me in HoW can I get back and finish regular IWD?

This newest "internet expansion", I have read starts in HoW, can I play it while in HoW and still go back and finish both HoW and IWD?

If these have been answered before sorry, just searching and reading so much.. take much time.

To answer your questions:

1) Yes, if you started an IWD game and then go talk to Hjollder to start HOW when you finished HOW you will be transported back to Khuldahar to finish IWD. Note: Hjollder won't let you start HOW unless your characters are all ninth level or better.

2) In principal YES, but do NOT go to the sea of moving ice before starting ToL (the downloadable expansion) .. once you do THAT you can NOT start ToL. So talk to Hobart stubbletoes, the halfing at the inn (not the DWARF standing nect to him ... lol) and he will teleport you to start the expansion. when you finish TOL you will be teleport back to Lonelywood to resume HOW where you left off.
