hmmm...have two stories that deal with this.
1) The doctor's treatment plan - sit on the couch in the morning and put a bag of frozen veggies (peas work well) in one hand on the effected area. Put a beer in the other hand and switch the beer and remote once per hour as needed. The next day, switch the hand that had the frozen veggies and with the hand that has the remote and the beer for the day. repeat 5 times... 2) Had a friend who had this done and had a LOT of internal bleeding...enough so that his left testee was swolen to 10 times it's normal size by the end of day two. What did the doctor say? Get the family size bag of veggies and......

For some reason, my wife decided that the unopened bag of frozen veggies should be thrown out... and I was still in no position to argue much

I had mine done at 2 in the afternoon and was at work by 4. At the end of the shift I was a little sore but the next day I was fine. My brother, the "tough guy" laid in bed for three days.
