Huh ?
I m really not like that. It's more you that has a problem with that : "There was no foul, referee was wrong, blahblah". I hate to hear stuff like that. You sound like an italian.

He applied the rules, he knows his shit, the referee is not to blame ! There was indeed a foul !

And "deal with that" was to comment the fact that you cannot touch the goalkeeper, that's all !

This has nothing to do with my ego, with the french team or with my "hostility" toward english people or team. I swear. And I'm sorry you took it that way.

EDIT : And you can't deal "stylishly" with England anyway. It's a good and rough team.

I just wish they would stop changing the rules every time a new tournanemt starts. I also wish that there would be a possibility to eject a failing referee. In the US they have a perfect system, that can overrule any ridiculous decision made by the ref, at any given moment. It would take some time to get used to it, but in the end justice will prevail. Yes... there's justice and injustice in football as well, and apparently this sport is screaming out loud for justice to be done.

About the game, i expected this to happen. 9 out of 10 times this England team would easily beat this Portugal team, except not in this theatre. The best team lost tonight. Euro 2004 has lost one of it's major attractions.

I suppose England were unlucky to go out especially over the chopped off goal and all but it's a FABARICARDO day!

What a game!

Contrary to what Vaskez said, I believe Portugal thouroughly deserved to win.

Portugal are very very lucky and don't really deserve to be in the semi-final.
Are you serious? Portugal outplayed England - the game stats reflect this.

I wonder how the game would have turned out if Rooney could have stayed on....

On a side note: go Greece!
You can read my mind GokuZool.

It was very good game and I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO happy that Portugal won. Ricardo did a great job. But it was funny.

I wonder if Greece can prepare a surprise for France tonight.

I can't believe my eyes, the French are losing to Greece. There's absolutely no passion in them. One would almost believe they WANT to go home.
