Memnoch is very subtlely cheering for a team which is not that popular in England. Bastard!

Man, that was ridiculous! I think everyone apart from the referee knows that Campbells goal was valid. Portugal are very very lucky and don't really deserve to be in the semi-final.

I sooo disagree. You CAN'T touch the goal, you just can't. The rules have been respected. Besides, Portugal played greatly with an almost constant pressure on England.

And Beckham missed a penalty...again. *Grin*

My pronostics are correct so far : England couldn't win.

Let's see what France will do now.

Go go Arsenal.

What are you on about? There were no fouls committed. I couldn't see what the referre complained about. The only person who was barged out the way was Campbell's teammate and he's allowed to do that.

Now I hope Sweden wins, just cos they seem like a nice team. Or Holland cos they are always fun to watch.

That was a beautiful game! I kinda feel sorry for Becky though, since if he had hit the goal in that first penalty shot, England would've won. Then again, I was cheering for Portugal the whole game, unlike many of the people in my presence during the game.

EDIT: Oh, and in my opinion, the ideal (but unlikely) outcome of Euro 2004 would be France winning the cup, winning Portugal in the final.

Irregular charge on goalkeeper. You just can't touch the guy, deal with that.

What do you mean "deal with that"?! What the hell are you so smug about anyway? Smug git It's not like France dealt with England stylishly, and it's not like they've won yet, so keep your ego under that tonne weight for a while yet.

I'm not even English, yet I feel the injustice, you're just letting your French ingraned hostility towards the English cloud your judgement
