A woman by the name of Cyndy Haywood aka Foxfrost aka Pyrate Jenni
working for Rimshot -who had a small portraits site and rather then have friendly competetion he set out to get all sites shut down.
So this woman -who fancies herself a crusader for artists and all portraits site are 'illegal' to her, wrote several artists saying I had stolen art, even wrote artists I had permission from and misrepresented copyright law to them so they threatened to sue PBG, and me. So I got shut down and Iago and Havak (though Havak is back up now)
Rimshots plan is to kill all portaits sites them put his up as the ONLY portraits site and with artists permission so he could look like some big upstanding guy who 'cares about artists and their rights' ect
But we are breaking no laws, we fall under fair use, as we only use partial of the original art, and we are non profit nor do we take away from an artists profit (Ken did a ton of research on this)
its a messed up nasty situation
I don't know why someone would want to destroy all of our sites

plus this Rimshot guy emailed Silverdawn from PBG and said it 'was disturbing that I got hosted by PBG & got a forum"
Ends up he was mad cause he didn't get hosted
What a chaotic place the net is....

Actually, this Chrono is still banned, I unbanned Ken . With the the thinking he would drop it. I did apologize for accusing LN of that GB thing too.
