This is my latest party set up. Mazzy, Korgon, Aerie, Vicona, and Jaheria. In chapter six now, and there a good team...

What's your reputation? No problems between Aerie and Korgan?

Yeah, it amazes me how you fit an evil and a good character into one party.
I only have neutral and goodies in my party. Main reason I didn't pick Kolgorn.

I`ve started over a couple of times and realized I always picked Anomen (who annoys the hell outta me) and ignored Korgan. But in my current game, I gave Korgan a chance and I`m glad I did!

Not only is he a rocking fighter, he`s the funniest character in the game after Minsc. He says all the things I would like to say to Aerie, but haven`t the courage to.

Aerie: "Oooh, I miss my wings... Boohoo..."
Korgan: "Ach! Shut your trap, ya stupid elf!"

I have mentioned this b4 (sorry)...

You can have a stable party, even with mixed alignments... I think the key is Charisma of the leader... or in combination of some other attributes (intelligence maybe).

I have had Minsc and Edwin for almost 2 months now and my rep is 20 (and still getting some) and Edwin/Misnc had only 2 verbal exchanges. Edwin 'threatens' to leave once a week or when I get a Rep point, but its always an empty threat and he does not even walk away. He always gives me the option of 'Yes, I need your skills" during dialogue.

FYI- During the PnP days, Charisma was a popular modifier for party interaction and stability. I would not be surprised the programmers might also think so.

I played the entire with Korgan and Arie and never had a problem. Korgan is my all time favorite. I'm going to replay as an evil character, then me and Korgan are going to sandwich Arie, heh heh.

Appropriately enough, Korgan is happy when the party is crawling around in dungeons and unhappy when I take on "wilderness" jobs (Trademeet, etc). He always has something rude to say about those.

Yes Korgan is a real killer when he gets his hands on a decent axe...
