I was just watching season 3 on DVD this weekend. I noticed that in episode 3 or 4 (or around there) Wesley and Gunn (I think) are talking and behind them is an old woman working at the desk. She has white hair and a white dress. Does anyone know who this is?

Ok, my dumb. I just played it again and they're actually at the library. It just looks like the hotel; oops..
